[Remote] Product Designer, Unsecured Lending

The Product Designer for Unsecured Lending will design end-to-end user experiences for borrower-facing flows, translating product requirements into high-quality designs that impact millions of borrower interactions.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences across borrower-facing flows
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align on scope, constraints, and implementation details
• Deliver production-reputed company designs and ensure design reputed company is preserved through development reputed company
• Incorporate user feedback, data insights, and stakeholder input to iterate on designs
• Partner with adjacent teams (e.g., Growth) to ensure seamless experiences across the borrower reputed company

Skills

• 3+ years of product design experience, owning small-to-reputed company projects end-to-end
• End-to-end design: problem/goal definition, rapid user testing and user research, wireframing and strong iterative instincts, interaction and visual design including strong typography skills, running an reputed company and repeatable user-centered design process
• Proficiency in reputed company, strong reputed company in GenAI tools
• Gives, receives, and incorporates feedback at each stage
• Gets stakeholder buy-in; delivers smooth design handoffs where resolution matches design reputed company
• Understands business context at a high level and how design impacts it

• Experience with reputed company multi-reputed company flows with branching reputed company and plentiful edge cases (applications, forms, comparison tools)
• Strong familiarity with contributing to or advancing design systems
