This role will focus on customer payment processing, financial system optimisation, and fraud mitigation, driving improvements in accuracy, performance, and operational reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end project management of financial systems initiatives from ideation through delivery
• Drive process improvement efforts to enhance performance, accuracy, and efficiency across financial operations
• reputed company systems supporting inbound customer payments and payment fraud prevention, ensuring strong controls and risk mitigation
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, supporting system enhancements, development, and implementation
• Support systems testing, deployment, and ongoing optimisation of financial modules
• Ensure appropriate reputed company, controls, and compliance standards are maintained
• Contribute to or reputed company business cases for new initiatives and improvements
• Manage prioritisation, scheduling, and resource allocation for project deliverables
• Identify and resolve system and operational issues, driving reputed company improvement
• Support development of decision engines, rules-based systems, and automation processes
• reputed company guidance and mentorship to team members on both operational and technical topics

Skills

• 5+ years of Project and/or Product Management experience, working across both business and technology teams
• Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional projects in reputed company environments
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to gather, document, and translate requirements
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results
• Experience with financial systems, payments, or fraud-reputed company processes
• Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
• Background in financial operations, payments, or telecom/media environments (or similarly scaled organisations)
• Strong analytical reputed company with experience improving systems and processes
• Comfortable working with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
• Exposure to or experience with AI tools to improve workflows and productivity
