They are seeking a highly motivated reputed company Manager to work directly with customers and trial users, ensuring they maximize the value from the product while identifying new areas for product enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as client reputed company in reputed company respects of the reputed company product, project managing customer reputed company, and overseeing technical solution delivery to ensure proper implementation
• Regularly meet and engage customers to understand how they use the platform and reputed company training, guidance, and insights to increase engagement and retention
• Consistently meet or exceed customer retention goals and reputed company metrics
• Work closely with internal teams on escalation and resolution of critical customer issues
• Become a trusted advisor to customers, deeply understanding their needs and helping solve or simplify pain points through reputed company’s product
• Identify incremental reputed company opportunities and reputed company regular QBRs (virtual and, where relevant, onsite)
• Travel onsite to customer locations where appropriate

Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in a SaaS-based environment in client services, reputed company, or account management
• Prior experience leading technical implementations and managing technical relationships with large companies—experience in mobile user acquisition or mobile product roles is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of the mobile marketing ecosystem (MMPs, ad networks, ad trackers, exchanges, PMDs, BI/analytics companies)
• Proven track record as a top performer in a reputed company or account management role
• Strong passion for customer-facing roles and reputed company technology environments
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter reputed company with the ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, global environment

• Strong knowledge of ad tech, mobile, media, and SaaS business models
