[Remote] Product Designer

They are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Senior Product Designer to collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create reputed company user experiences, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of the product design process.

Responsibilities

• Be an effective collaborator with cross-functional teams, thinking critically, and offering creative and effective solutions to problems
• reputed company design leadership to align a group around a shared reputed company and direction including reputed company facilitation

• Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research
• Present your designed solutions to your team and/or client stakeholders and facilitate constructive feedback and iteration

Skills

• Professional experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or a similar role
• Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as reputed company, FigJam, reputed company, reputed company Creative Suite, or similar
• Strong knowledge of user research methods and ability to conduct usability testing and present research insights
• Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile or cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to gather and interpret project objectives and design requirements
• Ability to identify needs, think critically, convey reputed company, and align reputed company around a reputed company
• Strong ability to manage time, priorities, and estimate design delivery
• A well-rounded product design portfolio with result-driven case studies
• Experience leveraging AI tools for ideation, facilitation, research, and design
• Familiarity with reputed company-end development principles (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
• Prior experience mentoring or leading other designers
• Systems thinking and service design experience
