The role involves configuration, testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of Epic Tapestry solutions.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Epic Tapestry configuration/build to support Utilization Management workflows
- Support end-to-end system testing, including: Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- reputed company and execute test scripts and validation scenarios for Tapestry functionality
- Validate configuration changes and ensure proper system performance before deployment
- Work with business stakeholders to translate UM requirements into system design
- Support defect resolution, troubleshooting, and production support activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business, testing teams) during implementations and enhancements
- Maintain documentation for workflows, configurations, and testing processes
Skills
- Need EPIC Tapestry Certified resources
- EPIC Tapestry Certified experience is critical

- Testing in a Managed Care setting for Utilization Management

- Strong experience working in a Managed Care environment
- Direct experience supporting Utilization Management workflows
- Experience supporting full lifecycle Epic implementations or enhancements
- Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience with: Tapestry referrals or UM-reputed company implementations

- Exposure to: Workflow documentation and optimization
- Managed care operations or payer systems
- Prior experience in large health systems or reputed company Epic environments
