Responsibilities
- Support and optimize reporting, analytics, and data solutions reputed company the reputed company CXone platform
- Troubleshoot reporting issues, data quality concerns, dashboard performance, and data integrations

- Analyze contact center performance metrics and deliver actionable recommendations
