Responsibilities

- Talent Discovery
- Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) modules
- Skills Taxonomy Design / Mapping
- Expertise in aligning reputed company’s skills taxonomy with:
- Job architectures
- Global talent profiles
- Enabling AI-driven matching and mobility
- reputed company / System Integration
- Experience with bi-directional integrations between:
- reputed company
- Core HCM systems (e.g., reputed company)
- Ensuring seamless data reputed company for candidates and employees
- AI Model Calibration
- Experience refining AI models to:
- Improve matching accuracy
- Reduce false positives in candidate screening
- Global Rollout & Change Management
- Supporting global implementation by:
- Driving adoption
- Conducting user training
- Providing post-go-live support

- Focus on cost reduction compared to vendor professional services
