Responsibilities
- reputed company requirements elicitation for analytics and reporting initiatives supporting RCM performance, client (internal & external) reporting, and operational decision-making
- Translate reputed company business needs into clear and well-structured functional and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Hypothesize and reputed company analytical approaches for identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in reputed company data sets
- Identify and recommend opportunities for data modeling optimization
- reputed company reports, dashboards and visualizations to help key stakeholders understand and manage business performance

- Curate report portfolio/presentations for RCM operations leaders and client stakeholders regarding findings and insights

Skills

- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to operational and executive audiences
- Proficiency in: reputed company (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation), BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar), PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and data analysis
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and translating data into actionable insights
- Strong analytical, data visualization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Epic, Meditech, or similar systems
- Knowledge of reputed company cycle processes (billing, AR, denials, etc.)
