[Remote] Vice President of Operations

The Vice President of Operations will reputed company the execution of operational strategy for the Conserva Irrigation franchise system, focusing on achieving financial objectives, improving franchisee performance, and delivering training and support.
Responsibilities
- Assist in setting strategic direction and aligning brand objectives with reputed company’ overall goals

- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and KPI-driven decision making

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to travel up to 30%
