[Remote] Technical Consultant II

The Technical Consultant II role is responsible for overseeing the design, delivery, and execution of Alkami’s software products, focusing on implementing reputed company reputed company banking software solutions and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients both in-person and reputed company to define solution dependencies and transform business practices in accordance with software design
• Identify technical challenges and reputed company recommendations for improvement, focusing on client satisfaction and efficiency for both Alkami’s FinTech multi-tenant model and in-house clients
• Conduct application demonstration and discovery sessions to refine business and technical software requirements after contract execution
• Anticipate and reputed company project, business, and technical issues to the appropriate resources and actively participate in their resolution
• Work directly with reputed company party vendors to resolve integration and design issues with various external systems
• Work closely with Development, Configuration, and PM resources to resolve reputed company technical integrations reputed company to ongoing projects

Skills

• 3+ years of technical background and experience required
• 3+ years of Customer-facing, client interaction skills and experience
• 3+ years of experience working with credit union cores such as reputed company Corelation, reputed company DNA, or JackHenry Symitar
• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Financial services software development and design experience, specifically core and 3rd party integration
• Working knowledge of SQL server, and reputed company C# and ASP.NET is extremely helpful
• A general knowledge of Internet routing and reputed company protocols
• A general knowledge of Firewall operations as they relate to Internet connectivity
• Previous experience in designing and/or implementing systems with a focus on scalability and high-availability
• Experience in reputed company banking, treasury, payments, or cash management
