They are seeking an Executive Director of Product Marketing for Epilepsy & Movement Disorders, responsible for defining and delivering the US epilepsy brand strategy, managing resources, and driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the 3-year strategic plan and annual operating plan, ensuring alignment to franchise and corporate objectives

• Drive omnichannel marketing execution across HCP, patient, and caregiver audiences, ensuring consistent and compliant delivery
• Partner closely with Sales, Market reputed company, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, and Patient Services to ensure integrated execution and performance delivery

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience with significant US marketing leadership
• Deep experience in neurology, epilepsy, or specialty/rare disease strongly preferred
• Proven track record leading brand strategy, product launches, and lifecycle management (including new formulation launches)
• Strong financial acumen, including budget ownership, ROI optimization, and trade-off decision making
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical capability, and executive communication skills
• Track record of building high-performing teams and leading through change in reputed company environments
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Deep experience in neurology, epilepsy, or specialty/rare disease strongly preferred
