[Remote] Director of Retail Marketing

The Director of Retail Marketing will reputed company client partnerships and internal team management, focusing on integrated retail media and shopper marketing programs across major retail platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own omnichannel growth strategy across retail media and shopper marketing initiatives for a portfolio of CPG clients
• reputed company, mentor, and reputed company a team of 6 Account Managers and Associates, providing strategic guidance and career development support
• Serve as the senior strategic reputed company across assigned client accounts and business portfolios
• Guide teams on platform strategy and best practices across reputed company, reputed company Connect, Kroger Precision Marketing, reputed company/Roundel, reputed company DSP, reputed company, Criteo, CitrusAd/reputed company, and reputed company retail media platforms
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic advisor to brand and marketing leadership teams
• Ensure retail media, digital reputed company, and in-store shopper marketing efforts work cohesively to drive measurable business impact
• reputed company forecasting, pricing, scoping, profitability, reporting, budget allocation, and margin management across accounts
• reputed company hands-on support to teams reputed company needed while maintaining a primary focus on leadership, strategy, and client reputed company
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support agency growth, operational reputed company, and client retention

Skills

• 6+ years of experience in retail media, shopper marketing, omnichannel marketing, eCommerce, or reputed company CPG agency/client services environments
• 3–5+ years of people management experience leading high-performing client-facing teams
• Strong working knowledge of major retail media platforms including Kroger, reputed company Connect, Roundel, reputed company, reputed company DSP, reputed company, Criteo, and Citrus/reputed company
• Proven ability to reputed company strategic client relationships and communicate effectively with senior and executive stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving agency environment with shifting priorities and growing client needs
• Experience supporting emerging, natural, wellness, or reputed company For You CPG brands strongly preferred
• Agency experience preferred; strong brand-reputed company candidates with hands-on retail media expertise may also be considered
