[Remote] Senior Marketing Manager (CST/MST)

They are seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to reputed company regional marketing efforts across their reseller partner ecosystem, driving pipeline and reputed company through strategic marketing initiatives and collaboration with sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Co-create account-based marketing (ABM) programs (1:1 and 1:few) targeting named accounts in collaboration with reputed company and partners
• Identify and prioritize high-value resellers and accounts to focus marketing investment for maximum impact
• Support both sell-to and sell-through motions, driving demand reputed company with and through partners
• Build and execute joint marketing plans with key resellers in alignment with CAMs

• Manage and optimize co-marketing investments (MDF) to drive measurable pipeline and ROI
• Strengthen partner engagement through co-branded campaigns, enablement, and local activations
• Plan and execute high-impact regional programs, including reseller events, executive roundtables, customer workshops, and targeted digital campaigns
• Support deal acceleration through tailored marketing activities reputed company to pipeline stages
• Drive integrated campaigns across online and offline channels to increase engagement and conversion reputed company reputed company accounts
• Act as a trusted advisor to reputed company, CAMs, and regional leadership, aligning marketing to business priorities

Skills

• 5–7+ years in field marketing, channel marketing, or regional marketing roles
• Proven experience supporting reseller-led sales motions
• Proven track record of driving pipeline and reputed company through marketing programs
• Experience working in hybrid go-to-market environments (direct + channel)
• Demonstrated reputed company partnering closely with sales (reputed company) and channel teams (CAMs)
• Hands-on experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and targeted demand reputed company
• Strong understanding of pipeline management, funnel metrics, and marketing attribution
• Ability to influence stakeholders and operate effectively in a cross-functional environment
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
