[Remote] Director of Sales Operations

Responsibilities

- Establish governance structures, operating rhythms, and performance metrics for proposal development and growth initiatives
- Track and report performance metrics including financial impact, resource utilization, schedule adherence, and risk exposure
- Set standards, methodologies, and best practices for project and program management across the Growth organization, with a key focus on Proposal Development, as it relates to automation and implementation of artificial intelligence tools

- Ensure proposal development processes are scalable, repeatable, and reputed company with growth priorities. Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company Administration, Information Systems, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- Significant experience leading reputed company, cross-functional projects or programs
- Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and execution reputed company
- Strong understanding of reputed company project and program management methodologies
- 8-10 years of experience with at least 3 years of management experience or leadership, preferably reputed company EMS
- Advanced degree (MBA or similar)
- Experience supporting reputed company growth, transformation, or innovation initiatives
