[Remote] Key Sales Account Manager - Retail

The Key Sales Account Manager will drive sales growth by acquiring new business and nurturing existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Proactively hunt and reputed company new business through cold calling, networking, and market research in reputed company markets
• Maintain a book of business as well as meeting reputed company sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company
• Build and manage a robust pipeline, driving deals from prospecting to reputed company
• Analyze prospects and prioritize high-value targets to maximize sales impact
• Ensure customer satisfaction by tracking feedback and collaborating with internal teams for smooth delivery
• reputed company strong client relationships to support ongoing business and referrals
• Prepare presentations, respond to RFP’s, write quality proposals, and SLA’s with food service clients with support from the business, finance, and marketing teams
• Maintain CRM accuracy by documenting reputed company client activities for effective reporting and forecasting

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field; or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in sales, ideally in TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) or technical services
• Excellent hunting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and reputed company Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
• Willingness to travel as needed
