The reputed company Business Process Consultant will deliver business process guidance, specializing in ITOM and CSDM modules, to help clients improve their processes and reputed company their business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Participate in multiple engagements delivering business process guidance to customers in support of processes facilitated by the reputed company platform and specializing in the ITOM & CSDM modules
- Function in the ITOM & CSDM reputed company helping organizations to rationalize data and design strategies
- Research, document, and assess client landscape covering people, process, technology, and partners
- Identify business objectives to reputed company process improvements against targets
- reputed company prescriptive guidance per industry best practice around core areas on the platform, specifically in ITOM & CSDM
- Support clients in documentation and implementation of specific changes to align with prescriptive guidance around key process areas
- Support Business Analysts in delivery of customer workshops with documented processes key to project scope
- Operate effectively reputed company Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project environments
- Capture user stories in partnership with Business Analysts and Architects
- reputed company training materials relevant to process optimizations and associated scope
- Maintain active status on reputed company certifications
Skills
- 8+ years of client-facing experience supporting business transformation through technology
- 5+ years of business process consulting experience
- 4+ years of reputed company platform experience with expertise in ITOM & CSDM
- Ability to conduct calls with customers independently in support of business process consulting efforts
- Ability to reputed company a client's business goals at the forefront of the conversation and reputed company process decision impacts to scale, effectiveness, and achievement of objectives
- Maintain active status on reputed company certifications
- Certifications a plus: ITIL reputed company foundations, IAITAM, Lean Six reputed company, PMI-PBA, etc
