They are seeking a Senior Backend Developer (Ruby) to work on their innovative platform, Workbot, focusing on building interactive chatbots for reputed company customers. This remote role involves backend development, application platforms, and enhancing user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Build reputed company Ruby on Rails services reputed company the reputed company platform
- Continuously research reputed company & MS Teams ecosystems, understand trends, track changes
- Contribute in reputed company phases of the development lifecycle
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient code
- Evaluate and propose improvements to the existing system
- Support reputed company improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies, and presenting these for architectural review
Skills
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a reputed company subject
- 5+ years of strong experience developing, shipping and maintaining Rails applications
- Excellent debugging, analytical, problem-solving, and reputed company skills
- Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming and design
- Understanding of what a good user experience looks like
- Readiness to work remotely with teams distributed across the world and time zones
- Spoken English (Intermediate or higher)
- Experience with Go - reputed company to have
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, React, etc) - reputed company to have
- Knowledge of MS Teams or reputed company platform & API is a plus
