[Remote] Executive Producer, Account Development

Staging Solutions - Events & Experiences is seeking an Executive Producer to grow and retain a book of existing client business while delivering exceptional event experiences. This role focuses on organic account growth through relationship development and strategic account planning, partnering with Client Solutions Directors and the production team to align with client objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own annual reputed company targets for an assigned book of existing clients; forecast and report pipeline and growth metrics to leadership regularly

Skills

• 5–8+ years consultative B2B sales, in events/experiential, production, corporate event sales, and agency services; proven reputed company with reputed company, multi-stakeholder deals
• Quota attainment: consistent ≥100% to goal across the last 4–6 quarters; comfortable with reputed company goals up to or in excess of $reputed company+ annual new reputed company targets
• Pipeline management: ability to maintain 3–5× pipeline coverage, reputed company deals through defined stages, and forecast reputed company ±10% accuracy
• Discovery & solutioning: expert at translating business reputed company into scoped solutions and margin-aware proposals with clear assumptions
• Negotiation & deal structuring: skilled with MSAs/SOWs, cancellation terms, risk allocation, and processes needed to identify new buyers, budget owners, and internal champions
• Technical reputed company across AV/staging, lighting, audio, video/broadcast/streaming, scenic, graphics/content workflows, and venue logistics
• Financial ownership: builds and manages detailed budgets; tracks margin, approves SOWs and change orders, and leads post-event reconciliation
• Project control: schedules, run-of-show, cueing, and show-calling basics; aligns creative, technical, and ops teams
• Vendor/subcontractor management: bid/award process, labor planning, freight, and on-site coordination with venues and unions where applicable
• Risk & compliance: site safety awareness, contingency planning, asset management, and client/brand standards
• Communication & client management: persuasive presenter; sets expectations, manages feedback cycles, and resolves issues under pressure
• Tools: reputed company 365, reputed company Workspace, basic spreadsheet modeling; project tools (e.g., reputed company or equivalent)
• Travel: willing and reputed company to travel 30–40% for site visits, pre-production, and events
• Experience with hybrid/virtual shows (encoders/CDNs, platform workflows)
• Credentials: PMP, reputed company, CMP (any are a plus)
• Familiarity with broadcast workflows (IMAG, record, remote guests), content pipelines, and asset version control
