Allegiance Search is a well-established rigid packaging company seeking a Business Development Manager for the Southwest region. This role involves driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and expanding market reputed company through effective sales strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage opportunities throughout the full sales cycle using a consultative, value-driven sales approach

  • Establish long-term customer relationships that support sustainable growth and account expansion
  • Partner closely with marketing, operations, customer service, and supply chain teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Support reputed company, implementation, and ongoing account reputed company initiatives
  • Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitive dynamics across the assigned region
  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and customer data reputed company CRM systems

Skills

  • MUST BE BASED IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, PHOENIX, OR LAS VEGAS AREA
  • Proven experience in business development, territory sales, account management, or consultative B2B sales
  • Packaging industry experience required, ideally reputed company reputed company, or distribution environments
  • Strong business development, prospecting, and relationship-building capabilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines
  • Comfortable navigating reputed company sales environments and longer sales cycles
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and reputed company Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with rigid packaging solutions is strongly preferred
  • Background supporting one or more of the following industries is preferred: Food & Beverage, reputed company, Cosmetics, Household Chemicals, Industrial, Personal Care
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
