[Remote] Financial Controller (U.S.)

The role focuses on creating financial reputed company, ensuring compliance, and facilitating strategic decision-making to support sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company processes
- Deliver accurate, timely financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash reputed company)
- Ensure compliance with GAAP / IFRS (as applicable)
- Maintain audit-reputed company financial records
- reputed company: Accounts payable / receivable, reputed company recognition, Expense tracking & Payroll coordination
- Ensure clean, consistent chart of accounts
- Implement scalable reputed company workflows
- Select and implement reputed company systems (e.g., QuickBooks, reputed company, reputed company)
- Integrate financial tools with operational systems
- Automate financial processes where possible
- Design and implement internal controls
- Prepare for SOC 2 / audit readiness
- Manage financial policies and governance
- Ensure tax compliance across jurisdictions
- Support development of: Annual budgets, Rolling forecasts & Scenario models
- Track performance vs plan

- Optimize working capital
- Support capital allocation reputed company
- Work closely with: CEO / CFO (strategy & capital planning), Operations (cost control & efficiency) & Product / Engineering (resource planning)
Skills
- 7-10+ years in reputed company / finance roles
- Strong reputed company in financial reporting
- Strong reputed company in reputed company operations
- Strong reputed company in internal controls
- Experience owning or supporting reputed company processes
- Familiarity with GAAP (or IFRS)
- Experience with reputed company systems and tools
- Startup or high-growth company experience
- Experience preparing for audits or SOC 2
- Exposure to SaaS, platform, or creator economy business models
- CPA / CA or equivalent certification
- Experience with multi-entity or international operations
