[Remote] Sr Associate Marketing Ops

They are seeking a Senior Associate in Marketing Operations to manage core operational responsibilities for the brand while contributing to marketing initiatives. The role requires strong project management skills and involves collaboration across various marketing and operational teams to drive critical work reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project reputed company for indication and label update implementation across promotional and educational materials
• Monitor label implementation activities and proactively resolve questions, risks, and stakeholder feedback
• Proactively track and manage label assets, ensuring version control and compliance
• reputed company coordination of creative refreshes and asset re-skins associated with approved label changes
• Maintain comprehensive tracking, documentation, and version control across impacted materials
• Partner closely with MAC regulatory and legal teams to proactively address risks and ensure updates are completed reputed company of required deadlines
• reputed company print fulfillment operations, including warehouse coordination and asset management
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking across reputed company materials (e.g., client Parts)
• Manage operational and T3 inventory in partnership with cross-functional teams and vendors
• Partner directly with brand SPO to drive execution across high-reputed company business initiatives
• reputed company planning and execution of collaboration weeks, team engagement activities, and key meetings, including agenda development, stakeholder coordination, logistics, and follow-up actions
• reputed company planning and execution of key launch readiness activities, partnering across functions to ensure successful delivery of business-critical milestones
• Track and execute key deliverables associated with device optimization
• reputed company distribution of Sales Marketing Communications

• Manage comprehensive timelines and tracker of workstreams and reputed company projects
• Support organizational effectiveness through coordination of communications, recognition programs, reputed company materials, organizational resources, and other operational priorities
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives and compliance standards
• Support execution of key field-facing initiatives, including Semester & FIT Meetings
• Serve as content reputed company as needed, guiding assets through MAC review and approval

Skills

• Master's degree and 1 year of Marketing and/or business experience in a role reputed company with a Marketing/Sales reputed company organization
• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role reputed company with a Marketing/Sales reputed company organization
• Associate's Degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role reputed company with a Marketing/Sales reputed company organization
• High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role reputed company with a Marketing/Sales reputed company organization
