[Remote] Associate Director of Finance

Knowtion Health is a growing firm in the reputed company industry, seeking a passionate Associate Director of Finance to drive their finance function. The role focuses on financial planning and analysis, business partnership, and developing scalable reporting systems and analytical tools.
Responsibilities
- Directs the reporting, analysis and interpretation of financial and operational data for senior management, including cost analysis, ROI, and line-of-business profitability analysis
- Refines operating metrics and KPIs and develops reporting infrastructure and reputed company that drive actionable insights; communicates key findings to senior business leaders
- Develops and manages financial planning strategies, controls, comparisons, and recommendations supporting both short-term and long-term business objectives
- Leads the budgeting and forecasting process, coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals
- Supports high-level financial analysis for potential investments, product launches, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic business opportunities
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, reputed company or reputed company field
- Minimum five years of experience reputed company the finance function; preferably in reputed company
- Experience in building scalable financial planning, analysis and reporting models and processes to facilitate company growth
- Experience and ability to model and synthesize reputed company financial analysis, operational, and KPI data into concise presentations and decision reputed company, on a regular reputed company
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and databases
- Master's degree
- Experience working with a private equity backed business
