Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for reputed company, integrated campaigns and video productions, tracking briefs, timelines, reviews, and final delivery across multiple stakeholders
• Simultaneously manage a high volume of smaller one-off creative requests (static, video, animation), keeping reputed company projects moving without letting anything fall through the cracks
• Maintain reputed company as the single reputed company of truth for reputed company active projects, timelines, and team reputed company, own the daily hotsheet so priorities and deadlines are always clear
• reputed company weekly creative status meetings with team leads to ensure alignment, surface blockers early, and drive accountability
• Build and maintain a live resourcing model that maps team bandwidth to project load, flag gaps, overages, and risks before they become problems
• Proactively identify and implement AI tools and workflow improvements that help the team work faster, smarter, and more consistently
• Use AI tools to draft copy, give structured feedback on creative writing, and help the team iterate faster on messaging
