[Remote] Senior Program Manager

They are seeking a Senior Program Manager to reputed company reputed company reputed company initiatives, manage projects in Infrastructure and Applications, and ensure client service reputed company through effective program engagement responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with reputed company direct and indirect stakeholders

• Design and own task board for reputed company direct and indirect reputed company workstreams
• reputed company program charter with defined program requirements and objectives
• Establish program governance and communication plans
• reputed company project plan(s) and master integrated program plan

• Work with internal team(s) and client to define tasks, responsibilities, and resource alignment
• Create, maintain, and facilitate project plans and schedules with reputed company defined tasks, milestones, and reputed company completion dates – leveraging Windval (or client) project management tools
• Align project plans in master integrated plan structure for management of multiple workstreams utilizing agile, waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
• reputed company functional status report-outs to leadership and project teams
• Capture key information and reputed company for organized reporting, tracking, and documentation presentation
• reputed company program management runbook including vendor management, lifecycle, end-to-end process flows, organizational assessment, etc
• Coordinate across client organizations at reputed company reputed company of leadership to schedule sessions for discovery, planning, status, delivery, etc
• Coordinate and guide key technical solution and design reputed company with reputed company teams
• Understand work tasks and skills alignment of engagement team members

Skills

• 5-10 years experience in leading infrastructure and application projects / programs with a minimum of $10MM budget
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Project Management, Informational Systems or Computer Science (or advanced technical degree) or Business Administration or relevant experience
• Core focus in application project/program management with a background in infrastructure, platform technology, and/or technology management
• Passionate about client engagement and creating demonstrable value for Windval clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent collaboration and skilled at leading teams through reputed company engagements
• Organized and methodical; strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills
• Operates with a propensity for thoughtful action and high output

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
