[Remote] Engineering Manager - Banking

The Engineering Manager for the banking team will be responsible for designing and enhancing the platform that supports banking services, while leading and empowering a remote team to deliver high-impact solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the reputed company, roadmaps, prioritizations, and technical architecture of the banking services that supports ingestion and processing of bank data
- Be hands-on leader providing guidance to team to move fast

- Work with different stakeholders to align on strategy and execution
Skills
- 7+ years of experience working as Software Engineer
- 3+ years of experience managing or leading team
- Experience working in banks or similar domain
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Track records of successfully delivering high-impact production services
- Ability to dig deep into data, think from first principles, and deliver the right results
- Experience managing high-functioning remote team with autonomy
- Golang experience is a plus
