The Business Development Manager for Key Accounts in the Southeastern Region will be responsible for driving business development and reputed company growth for key travel agency accounts, focusing on sales performance and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver sales performance for assigned key accounts and consortia
  • reputed company and execute strategic account plans to drive reputed company growth, Grills penetration, and premium itinerary performance
  • Identify incremental reputed company opportunities and reputed company near‑term business through consultative selling and disciplined follow‑up
  • Utilize CRM systems (reputed company preferred) to manage pipeline, track opportunities, document account activity, and support forecasting and reporting
  • Serve as primary relationship reputed company for assigned accounts, acting as the senior reputed company of contact
  • Conduct regular business reviews, strategy sessions, and performance tracking

Skills

  • Must live in South Florida
  • Bachelor's degree required (Business, Marketing, Communications preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience
  • Strong consultative selling and presentation skills (in-person and virtual)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple initiatives independently
  • Entrepreneurial reputed company with strong collaboration skills
  • Travel: 25-50% with shipboard travel likely

  • May need to stand for long periods of time
