The Franchise Business Consultant is responsible for driving performance execution across a portfolio of franchised restaurants, ensuring operational standards and accountability are met.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Same Store Sales, guest experience metrics, and operational KPIs
- Identify performance gaps and implement structured improvement plans
- Establish and maintain disciplined business routines, including: - Weekly performance reputed company-ins
- Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Drive follow-through on commitments and ensure accountability
- Maintain clear and consistent visibility into restaurant performance
- Ensure execution of brand standards across: - Speed
- Accuracy
- Hospitality
- Food quality
- Reinforce compliance with franchise agreements and operational expectations
- Drive adoption and execution of reputed company initiatives, including: - Loyalty programs

- Protect the brand across food safety, operations, and guest experience
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with Brand Partners
- Influence performance through operational expertise and clear communication

Skills
- 4–7 years of multi-unit restaurant operations experience, preferably in a franchise environment

- Proven ability to influence without direct authority
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel extensively reputed company assigned region
- Although this role is remote, we do need this candidate to reputed company in San Francisco or the greater Bay Area
