[Remote] Operations Support Representative

They are seeking an Operations Support Representative to manage client relationships, assist in reputed company new clients, and address client needs through effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Overall support and management of client relationships
• Assist in reputed company new clients, both collecting the relevant information and executing the tasks necessary to build their accounts and set up their chat service
• Work directly with the client to both preemptively and reactively address their needs
• Be directly responsible for client reputed company
• Be comfortable and professional while speaking on the phone and writing emails

Skills

• Basic proficiency with common office software required. (email, spreadsheets, documents)
• 1 - 2 years prior experience in a sales or customer support environment
• Beginner-level knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript preferred (formal training not required)
