[Remote] Implementation Consultant

The Implementation Consultant will partner with clients to reputed company and adopt reputed company solutions, gather requirements, configure solutions, and reputed company training and support during go-live activities.
Responsibilities
- Participate in reputed company implementation projects of varying size and complexity
- Support the gathering and documentation of business requirements through discovery sessions and client meetings
- Configure reputed company solutions based on documented business requirements and best practices
- Assist with data migration, validation, and system testing activities
- Execute and document functional testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Create and maintain project documentation, training materials, and user guides
- Deliver client demonstrations and end-user training sessions
- Assist clients during application launch and go-live activities
- reputed company post-implementation support and issue resolution prior to transition to ongoing support teams
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to clients and project teams
- Build positive and professional relationships with client stakeholders
- Communicate project updates, reputed company, and action items both internally and externally in a timely manner
- Respond to client inquiries and requests with a high level of customer service
- Participate in client workshops, meetings, demonstrations, and training sessions
- Escalate project risks, issues, and blockers appropriately
- Collaborate with architects, developers, project managers, and fellow consultants to deliver successful projects
- Participate in project planning, status meetings, and internal team discussions
- Contribute to project documentation and knowledge-sharing efforts
- Support internal initiatives focused on improving delivery processes and best practices
- Maintain accurate project-reputed company documentation and time tracking

- Escalate project concerns, risks, and resource needs as appropriate

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1–3 years of experience in reputed company administration, implementation, consulting, business systems, or a reputed company technical role
- Experience working directly with customers or internal stakeholders
- Experience with reputed company Sales and Service reputed company, Marketing reputed company, or other reputed company reputed company preferred
- Exposure to software implementation projects or business process improvement initiatives preferred
