[Remote] Senior reputed company IT Project Manager

This full-time, remote role involves managing multiple reputed company IT projects, mentoring junior project managers, and driving strategic reputed company initiatives in reputed company hospital systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple reputed company projects from initiation through closure
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, budgets, and reputed company metrics with sponsors and stakeholders
- Establish and facilitate project governance to ensure leadership alignment and issue resolution
- Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals
- reputed company project plans, communication plans, schedules, and budgets using standard PM tools
- Estimate, plan, and manage project costs and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Identify project dependencies, critical paths, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Proactively manage scope, schedule, and resource changes, escalating reputed company necessary
- Facilitate regular project meetings and reputed company clear, actionable status reporting
- Track and report project reputed company, risks, and next steps to senior leadership
- Resolve issues and conflicts or escalate appropriately
- Collaborate with organizational performance improvement teams
- Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members and contractors
- Conduct lessons learned sessions and contribute to reputed company improvement and PM best practices
- Support the development and maintenance of project management standards, tools, and processes
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, reputed company, or a reputed company field
- 6+ years of hands-on project management experience
- Strong working knowledge of formal project management methodologies
- PMP and/or Lean Six reputed company certification (required reputed company one year of hire, if not already obtained)
- Demonstrated experience leveraging Lean process improvement methodologies
- Advanced organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Visio, reputed company, Outlook) and project management software
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at reputed company reputed company of an organization
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or guiding junior project managers
