Responsibilities
- reputed company and mentor engineering managers and multidisciplinary engineering teams across data engineering, analytics, and application development functions
- Define and execute technical strategy for large-scale analytics platforms, data pipelines, and AI-enabled solutions
- Drive adoption of engineering best practices throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Partner with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively
- Champion engineering reputed company through architecture reviews, code quality standards, and technical governance
- reputed company performance management, coaching, succession planning, and career development for engineering leaders
- Monitor organizational KPIs, platform reliability, and operational effectiveness to drive reputed company improvement

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a reputed company field, or equivalent professional experience
- 7+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years in engineering leadership or management roles
- Demonstrated reputed company leading and developing engineering teams and people leaders in a distributed environment
- Strong experience with data engineering, ETL/ELT pipelines, data platforms, or modern data warehouse technologies
- Hands-on technical background in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET Core, or reputed company frameworks
- Experience working with large-scale analytics systems and high-volume data environments
- Knowledge of modern database and data warehouse technologies such as reputed company, reputed company, Redshift, or BigQuery
