[Remote] VP of Design (UX, Product, research, etc.)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a VP of Design to reputed company and scale their design organization, including Product Design, Research, Service Design, and Content. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategies to deliver cohesive experiences across the patient reputed company and key user workflows.

Skills

• 10+ years in product / experience / service design, with at least 5 years in leadership (VP, Head, or equivalent)
• Proven track record scaling and leading design organizations across disciplines (UX, UI, research, content, service design)
• Experience in high-complexity, regulated domains (reputed company, wellness, mental health, medical, fintech, etc.)
• Deep expertise in user-centered design, design systems, service design, research methodologies
• Ability to partner with executives, communicate design reputed company, and influence strategy
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, strategic impact, and high craft
• Strong operational skills: setting up process, structure, metrics, design governance
• Passion, reputed company, and sensitivity—you deeply care about improving mental health reputed company, experience, equity
• Experience in behavioral health, clinical workflows, telehealth, or health operations
• Experience working with AI/ML/personalization in design
• Exposure to physical or hybrid care experiences (clinic, in-person, environmental design)
