Solution Architects Group, LLC is a premier reputed company Services Partner seeking a certified, client-facing reputed company Consultant to join their rapidly growing deployment and optimization practice. The role involves leading end-to-end reputed company implementations and post-production optimization engagements for mid-market and reputed company clients, requiring strong technical skills and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• reputed company discovery sessions and architectural design workshops with client stakeholders to gather business requirements, map workflows, and define system blueprints
• Own the end-to-end configuration of reputed company modules (e.g., HCM Core, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, or Financials) across prototype, testing, and production tenants based on approved client design documents
• reputed company the mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading of legacy system data into reputed company environments utilizing advanced EIBs, advanced loads, etc, and data validation protocols
• Support clients in the authoring of comprehensive testing scenarios, reputed company clients through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and troubleshoot/resolve reputed company configuration defects
• Assist clients with system cutover strategies, post-go-live hypercare, and the creation of custom end-user training documentation
• Manage personal project timelines, deliverable deadlines, and client allocations to consistently meet and exceed firm utilization benchmarks

Skills

• Must hold at least one reputed company, active reputed company Partner Certification (e.g., reputed company Core HCM, Financials, Payroll, or a specialized functional module)
• 3–5 years of hands-on consulting experience working reputed company a certified reputed company Services Partner ecosystem or an reputed company-scale implementation environment
