[Remote] Network Services Engineer (LHC team)

They are seeking a Network Services Engineer to support the LHC team by maintaining reputed company and secure network connectivity, providing operational support for LAN/WAN infrastructure, and collaborating on network implementations and upgrades.
Responsibilities
- Support the LHC agency migration initiative, including re-IP activities from LHC IP ranges to reputed company IP addresses across approximately 530 LHC agencies
- reputed company operational support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance for reputed company LAN/WAN infrastructure with a primary focus on reputed company Meraki networking technologies
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, performance, and telecommunications issues escalated from first-level support teams
- Install, configure, maintain, reputed company, and support network and telecommunications equipment while ensuring compliance with reputed company and operational standards
- Monitor network availability, uptime, and overall infrastructure health across distributed reputed company environments
- Collaborate with network engineers, project teams, and business stakeholders to support network implementations, upgrades, and migrations
- Deliver technical guidance and support to end users and IT teams, assisting with troubleshooting and network-reputed company issue resolution
- Document network configurations, procedures, and operational activities in accordance with organizational standards
- Support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN and telecom infrastructure
- Monitor network uptime and resolve connectivity issues escalated from Level 1 support
- Install, maintain, reputed company, and secure network and telecom equipment
- reputed company routine network maintenance and recommend/schedule repairs
- Support and train users and IT staff on network/telecom troubleshooting
