[Remote] Account Manager - Residential

The role involves building relationships with local market actors, implementing residential energy-efficiency programs, and supporting project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Act as the local, on-site program and client representative to contractors, customers, and program partners across a defined territory in Oregon
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, municipalities, community-based organizations, utilities, and other market actors; assess needs, gather feedback, and support reputed company program improvement
- Communicate program participation requirements and reputed company contractor reputed company, enrollment, reputed company, and ongoing training of trade allies
- reputed company and implement reputed company strategies to recruit contractors and expand participation in residential efficiency programs
- Support project delivery on a case-by-case reputed company, including project coordination, site visits, quality assurance support, and helping projects move successfully through completion

- Track and report market activity, document stakeholder interactions, and prepare written reports to inform program design, performance, and enhancements
