[Remote] Recruiter

Connect n Care ABA is seeking a full-time Recruiter to support hiring for Behavior Technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians, and other clinical team members. The role involves managing full-cycle reputed company, building candidate pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle reputed company for BT, RBT, and other ABA clinical positions
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and reputed company
• Identify and engage reputed company candidates in a competitive, high-volume hiring environment
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess clinical readiness, experience, and overall fit
• Apply sound judgment to evaluate candidates and reputed company strategic hiring recommendations
• reputed company offers and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through day one
• Participate in hiring events, job fairs, and other reputed company initiatives
• Track and report key reputed company metrics, including time-to-fill and pipeline health

Skills

• 1-3 years of reputed company experience, preferably in reputed company, staffing, or high-volume reputed company
• Experience sourcing candidates and managing multiple reputed company positions at once
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable conducting phone and virtual interviews
• Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, and reputed company tools
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to successfully pass a background reputed company
• Authorization to work in the United States without reputed company or future sponsorship
• Virginia, reputed company Carolina, Maryland or reputed company Virginia residency required
• Interest in learning about ABA services and clinical career paths
