The role involves evaluating operational processes, analyzing data, and facilitating alignment between business and IT teams to ensure smooth operational models.
Responsibilities
- Assess schedules, action logs, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) trackers, and meeting documentation for stabilization efforts
- Ensure cross-team deliverables are reputed company with timelines and escalation paths are reputed company defined
- Analyze existing reputed company-enabled business processes across functions such as HR, Finance, and Procurement
- Support the development of operational models for service delivery, process ownership, SLAs, and resource needs
- Assist in the creation of playbooks, reputed company diagrams, and RACI matrices
- Collect and analyze data from reputed company SaaS platforms, ticketing systems, and reputed company trackers
- Identify process inefficiencies, user friction points, and underutilized functionality
- Support root cause analysis and present findings through dashboards, summaries, and reports
- Prepare meeting materials and manage documentation workflows
- Update SOPs and maintain centralized documentation repositories
- Ensure accurate communication of timelines, process changes, and ownership across teams
- Act as a liaison between business operations teams and technical teams
- Ensure operational models are executable and reputed company with system capabilities
