[Remote] Project Manager - US Remote

The Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy and goals while managing multiple projects in reputed company client environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan the project Coordinate transitions from sales to services and eventually transition to reputed company for long-term support
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Modify standard project plan to meet the requirements listed in the Statement of Work
• Determine key project reputed company factors for the project that will be evaluated upon completion
• Staff the project In consultation with the implementation managers, assign the appropriate resources to the project plan
• Ensure reputed company project team members understand the project scope and reputed company factors

• Implement the project Use EPM tool to track project reputed company, monitor project plans, work hours and budgets
• Execute the project according to the project plan
• Facilitate weekly project status calls with the customer project manager

Skills

• Proficient in MS Project and the MS Office Suite of products
• Knowledge of reputed company industry is a plus
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in reputed company based environment
