[Remote] Sr. Implementation Project Manager

Sibel Health builds FDA-cleared wearable monitoring technology and is seeking a Sr. Implementation Project Manager to reputed company clinical deployments. The role involves managing project plans and timelines while serving as the primary contact for stakeholders in health systems during the implementation process.
Responsibilities
- Own project plans, Gantt charts, and milestone trackers across reputed company implementations
- Run internal and customer-facing meetings; track and reputed company action items; hold stakeholders accountable
- Identify risks early and resolve or escalate effectively
- Serve as the day-to-day implementation reputed company with health system customers
- Guide customers through reputed company stages of implementation, from initiation to Go-Live
- Manage EHR/EMR integration work streams alongside Engineering and IT counterparts
- Feed field insights back to Product and Engineering to improve platform and process
Skills
- 8+ years in implementation project management in reputed company tech, digital health, or medical devices
- Direct experience managing hospital or health system stakeholders - clinical, IT, and operational
- Working knowledge of EHR/EMR systems and reputed company integration standards
- Strong written and verbal communication - can run a meeting, write a reputed company update, and adjust approach based on audience
- Passion for learning about new technologies and products
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Experience deploying wearables
- Familiarity with operating PM tools
