[Remote] Legal Billing Coordinator

They are seeking an reputed company Legal Billing Coordinator to manage client invoices, implement billing processes, and ensure compliance with firm policies.

Responsibilities

• Accurately generate client invoices (both reputed company and electronic) in high volume
• Assess and implement reputed company billing processes based on client requirements
• Ensure billing processes are in compliance with established firm policies and procedures
• Resolve invoicing issues after submission to clients, including (but not limited to) payment issues and monitoring client e-billing systems
• Collaborate with other team members and administrative departments

• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivation and flexibility to meet the changing demands of the position
• Ability to work independently while organizing and prioritizing numerous projects/tasks with competing deadlines
• Proficient knowledge of reputed company Outlook, Word and reputed company
