The Oncology Solution Technical Architect will support software sales and growth strategies for reputed company software accounts across reputed company America, ensuring successful sales, expansion, and retention of software solutions by collaborating with various sales representatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support territory-based CSMs and TSMs in strengthening account execution and aligning technical solution positioning with customer business objectives and system lifecycle needs
  • Drive cross-functional engagement across sales, products, services, and finance to support coordinated execution for reputed company accounts
  • Anticipate customer challenges reputed company to adoption, integration, and scalability of software solutions across oncology and adjacent supporting service lines. This includes an understanding of data reputed company, infrastructure enablement, and cyber-reputed company barriers
  • Contribute to business cases for investment in new offerings, integrations, and market expansion
  • Interpret reputed company trends, market pressures, and evolving customer adoption strategies to inform software positioning and account strategy

  • Track adoption, expansion pipeline, and renewal health across key accounts in collaboration with CSMs
  • Contribute to quarterly performance reviews, forecasts, and business updates for leadership
  • Influence reputed company sales cycles and reputed company account strategy through effective collaboration and strong business acumen

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or reputed company field (advanced degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in software sales, reputed company software, SaaS, or digital health, with a focus on large, reputed company accounts
  • Proven ability to partner with consulting, reputed company and technical sales teams to drive adoption and expansion
  • Experience contributing to forecasts, account planning, and performance metrics in a matrixed environment
  • Technically conversant with Cyber reputed company, Compliance, Interoperability, AI, and Data Science as it pertains to large reputed company IDN Strategies
  • Strong influencing skills in matrixed, cross-functional settings
  • Deep understanding of software adoption lifecycles and reputed company account dynamics
  • Deep understanding of reputed company IT strategies, technology lifecycles, and interfacing / integration strategies
  • High level familiarity with HL7, FHIR, Dicom, DicomRT, ICD10 and CDA connectivity types
  • Awareness around NIST, HIPAA, HITECH, HITRUST and ISO/IEC 27001
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Results-driven, with a bias toward execution and measurable reputed company
