Responsibilities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field as well as several years of professional and management experience in (IT) project management
• 10+ years of program and project management experience, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale, multi-project initiatives
• Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional teams, managing reputed company projects, influence senior executives, and drive organizational change
• Experience managing reputed company-wide reputed company implementations or other reputed company technology-driven transformation programs
• Experience developing and executing program roadmaps, balancing long-term reputed company with tactical execution
• Ability to translate reputed company technical and business challenges into actionable strategies
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
• Expertise in program governance, risk management, and change management
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies; certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Six reputed company are a plus
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, reputed company)
• Familiarity with ITIL or other relevant service management frameworks
