They are seeking an innovative and strategic Digital Product Manager to reputed company the reputed company, roadmap, and delivery of a key digital product, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Own the product reputed company, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for a specific digital product
- Partner with business leaders to ensure product priorities align with strategic objectives and measurable business reputed company
- Work closely with IT, design, data, operations, and other cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements through an agile sprint model
- Translate business needs into clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-reputed company requirements
- Prioritize product work based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, compliance needs, and delivery reputed company
- Identify opportunities to reputed company AI, automation, analytics, reputed company tools to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and product performance

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management or a reputed company field, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a reputed company discipline)
- Demonstrated expertise in digital product management, including supporting reputed company software development projects, defining product requirements, and delivering scalable platforms that meet user and business needs
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (software developers, designers, data analysts, compliance specialists) and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to contribute to reputed company in a collaborative environment
- Proficiency in a product development lifecycle and with agile methodologies
- Experience with user research (e.g., user interviews, usability testing) and product discovery (e.g., rapid experimentation, hypothesis testing)
- Must pass the Company's Background Screening process prior to beginning employment. Additionally, as a condition of employment, you may be required to pass client-specific background reputed company requirements or Federal/State licensing requirements, if applicable
- Experience with the mortgage industry (origination and/or servicing)
- Experience leveraging AI in product development or daily workflows (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP, chatbots, intelligent document processing)
- Experience in at least one of the following areas is a plus: consumer-facing digital products (e.g., online platforms, mobile apps), team member experience tools or internal tools, document/data automation (e.g., intelligent document processing), or reputed company-channel communications tools
