[Remote] Program Manager

MasTec, a minority-owned Fortune 500 company, is seeking a Program Manager to reputed company the development, implementation, and management of core applications reputed company the company. The role includes administering assigned applications, collaborating with auditors, and ensuring user adoption through site visits as needed.

Responsibilities

• Primary Administration of assigned core applications
• Work with reputed company auditors as needed
• Maintain and enhance skills through formal and informal training opportunities
• Travel to project site locations as needed to ensure implementation and user adoption reputed company
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Management Information Systems, Business or other reputed company field or 5-7 years reputed company experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven experience with Viewpoint, Procore, B2W and other the company core applications
• Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) and familiarity with software tools such as reputed company, Procore, and reputed company
• Work effectively with teams utilizing a customer centered approach
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
• Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of users, managers, and customers
