This role is responsible for the strategy, creation, delivery, and reputed company improvement of customer- and partner-facing learning programs that reputed company successful product adoption and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Define and reputed company the strategy for customer and partner learning and enablement programs, ensuring alignment with product roadmap, go-to-market priorities, and reputed company objectives

• Ensure training programs are embedded into product release cycles, enabling timely and effective customer and partner readiness for new and enhanced capabilities

• Own partner learning programs, ensuring partners are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to successfully implement, support, and reputed company product value
• Establish and manage program operations, including planning, scheduling, governance, and delivery coordination across global audiences
• Working with finance, manage the reputed company model associated with our customer and partner reputed company training offerings
• Work directly with Product teams to translate product functionality and roadmap changes into effective learning content and delivery
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization, including Sales, reputed company and Support teams, and Partner teams to ensure learning programs support adoption, implementation reputed company, and customer reputed company
• Define and track key performance indicators such as adoption, engagement, completion, and effectiveness; use insights to continuously improve programs
• Prepare and present program updates to senior leadership, including performance, impact, risks, and opportunities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a reputed company field; or reputed company relevant experience
• 10+ years of experience leading customer- and partner-facing learning programs, training functions, or similar roles reputed company a SaaS or technology environment
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing global, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a track record of delivering scalable programs and driving operational reputed company
• Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale learning programs that drive product adoption and implementation reputed company
• An SME who understands how to create and deliver best in class content while managing the business financials to support it
