Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls from members, providers, and brokers regarding reputed company products and services
  • Research and resolve inquiries reputed company to: Medical Claims, Benefits, Eligibility, Billing, Coverage Questions
  • Investigate claim issues and verify claim accuracy, eligibility, and liability information
