[Remote] Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating new partnership opportunities by connecting with schools and educational organizations, conducting reputed company, and managing relationships to expand reputed company to Nexplore's programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound reputed company through phone calls, emails, and approved communication channels to connect with school administrators, district leaders, after-school program coordinators, and other educational decision-makers
• Research schools, districts, and educational organizations to identify prospective partners. Build, organize, and maintain prospect lists while gathering and verifying key contact information
• Engage prospective partners to understand their needs, assess fit, and identify opportunities for collaboration. Schedule introductory meetings and discovery calls for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of reputed company activity, prospect interactions, follow-up actions, and sales pipeline data reputed company the company CRM platform
• Partner closely with Regional Relationship Managers and sales leadership, participate in team meetings and training sessions, and reputed company insights gathered from conversations with prospective partners
