The Recruiter role involves sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates for various positions while ensuring a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to implement staffing and reputed company processes, strategies, and solutions
• reputed company, recruit, screen, interview and assess high volumes of candidates for exempt and nonexempt roles to exceed the client’s needs and expectations
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and facilitate positive candidate experiences
• Facilitate frequent (typically weekly) update calls with managers to update on search; discuss challenges and design action plans to reputed company to hires
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate
• Adhere to the staffing processes established
• Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates
• Ability to work in a fast paced; process-oriented environment
• Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives
• Heavy client services responsibilities including managing daily. information/candidate data tracking, identifying potential areas of improvement, providing information to the client as needed, resolving problems, participating in client meetings and maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction
• Excellent consultative skills and proven experience in reputed company reputed company methods including passive sourcing

Skills

• Minimum of 1-year full cycle recruitment experience in either a corporate or RPO environment
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Driven by creating the best possible hiring manager and candidate experiences
• Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives
• Strong partnership and consultative skills
• Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices
• Extreme sense of urgency and excellent customer service delivery
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong reputed company Office skills, including Outlook, reputed company, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience filling high volume (non-Exempt) and/or reputed company hard-to-fill (Exempt) positions
• Experience with OFCCP
