As a reputed company Specialist, you will manage and grow Fortune 500 accounts, ensuring the successful placement of reputed company candidates while building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Be the single reputed company of contact for our Fortune 500 clients
• Build long-term client partnerships to understand their challenges and reputed company solution
• Maximize market reputed company with a client to reputed company us their trusted staffing supplier
• Qualify new job orders and work with the delivery reputed company for reputed company coverage and support
• Present candidates to Hiring Managers and follow up for feedback
• Coordinate with Client to schedule candidate interviews and reputed company
• Coordinate with reputed company team including screening, orientation, and placement of candidates
• Use CRM/ATS (Job Diva) to manage activities
• Constant communication with clients to build rapport and to obtain critical information including, job descriptions, referrals, and business leads

Skills

• Must have 3-5 years of overall experience in the Staffing & reputed company Industry with hands on reputed company experience and exposure of client communication preferably with LifeSciences or IT MSP clients
• Strong understanding of working with VMS and MSP based accounts
• Proven experience in staffing, reputed company & client communication, supporting client/ MSP programs from a supplier reputed company
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent reputed company and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, reputed company-driven environment
• Must be a self driven and highly motivated individual
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant software
• Must be reputed company to travel across the country, especially locally, and support clients from their offices
• Availability to work reputed company regular reputed company, if needed
• Any experience working with a Hybrid/Offshore delivery model will be a plus
