[Remote] Director of People Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day People Operations function, ensuring processes run smoothly and reputed company
• Own employee lifecycle processes including reputed company, offboarding, employee changes, and documentation
• Maintain and improve HR systems, policies, and processes as the company scales
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
• reputed company compensation programs including salary reviews, benchmarking, job leveling, and compensation planning
